We wanted to say thanks for our great holiday in Bulgaria. The week at Trigor City was very relaxing. The complex is clean, elegant, well facilitated and the staff professional in all aspects. My biggest thanks would have to go to the rep from Pride Rentals who meet us at the airport and collected us on our return. He was exceptional in his service, making us feel safe and welcome. He even saw us through the airport on departure, through to security.

The only complaint would have to be we had two days of rain! However it is with thanks that I send this e-mail and I hope to do business with yourselves in the future.

I felt I must write to congratulate 'Pride Rentals' for organising what was the perfect holiday. We had a great time and all of the arrangements worked out perfectly. The villa was excellent, of a high standard and your staff were fantastic. We loved the house at Villa Langley… (ID 9026). Very nice build.

The house is probably one of the best equipped rental properties that we have ever stayed in, it even gives our DeVere Resort ownership at Loch Lommond (Cameron House) a run for its money, and by no means falls into second place by much.

ABOVE ALL – The house was well above expectations & well appointed, we would have no hesitation in re-booking / recommending the property to anyone. However, like all things, it is the presentation of a product / service that makes the most impression, the property is excellent, but the service we received from yourself and your colleagues at PRIDE RENTALS was truly exceptional. It is rare that I find myself meeting someone who adopts the same passion, pride (forget the pun) & professionalism that I try to deliver in my own business practices, and to such a degree, that I am truly impressed, THANK YOU.

Excellent, excellent, excellent

However, I must confess I was a bit nervous when booking for the first time with Pride Rentals. It was our first visit to Bulgaria and we were very pleased and relieved to be met at Varna airport.
We had a lovely holiday at Black Sea Villa (ID 3006) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our holiday home.
The villa had everything we needed and it was great some days not having to go out, but instead staying at home, relaxing by the pool and having a barbecue on the patio, we watched some fantastic sunsets - who could ask for more.
Pride Rentals are an excellent company - booking our holiday villa with them was dealt with in a friendly, but professional manner. They made sure everything was ready for us at our holiday home, clean and tidy villa with helpful welcome pack included.

The villa itself was very well furnished, and had all you could want for a comfortable stay. The pool was clean which all contributed to a very peaceful and relaxing stay in our holiday home - can't wait to visit again one day.

What can I say? Beautiful villa, beautiful country. We were particularly struck by the very friendly and very helpful approach of the Pride Rentals Team.

We had an electrical problem with the villa - no electricity one night and took full advantage of the 24 hour emergency phone number. We will always remember the fast, friendly, couldn't be more helpful response rather than the problem itself.

Everything was better than stated on your website and the welcome we received was good and informative without overpowering. Polina was extremely helpful with information and could not do enough to help. By the same token we were left to our own devices to have plenty of privacy.

The villa was extremely well equipped with all the latest appliances, we could not of wished for anything more.

I thought your company was great! Very good communication throughout the booking process and always prompt to reply to any queries we had.

The apartment itself was wonderful. A lovely location, easy to find, very well presented, modern, clean, well equipped and conveniently situated for everything. Even with two teenagers in tow, we each could still find our own 'space'. We had two weeks of uninterrupted sunshine and the air-conditioning certainly made sleeping a lot more comfortable.
