Just to say many thanks for organising our week. Pavel our rep was very welcoming and hospitable. The accommodation has been renovated to a high standard in the last few years. It is clean, with good quality appliances and a real home from home. Our young son really enjoyed playing in the large garden. The pool is well kept and a great bonus. The villa is a 5 minute walk to a well stocked local convenience store, bakers and cafe/bar and only a 10 minute drive into Albena. We'd definitely recommend Pride Rentals and look forward to returning to Bulgaria.


Even though it's been sometime since our return, we still can't forget the apartment in Marina City Balchik ... it was stunning. The views were fabulous and nothing could beat eating breakfast on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. We found the apartment to be very well equipped and comfortable. On arriving to the apartment, we were taken by surprise with all the lovely food left for us and a welcoming bottle of champagne. After having travelled with two children nothing could have been more welcoming than this, the children tucked in and we had a glass of bubbly! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Balchik. Thank you Steven for the personal service provided to make our holiday a memorable one.


Thank you for your email, we had a great holiday and everyone really enjoyed the stay at Tower villa. The accommodation had far more than the average home comforts and was extremely pleasant. The view from the terrace and balcony was fantastic as it overlooked the pool / garden and the location of the villa is ideal (close to Varna city, beaches and away from the noisy bars and restaurants). It was easy to find it and conveniently located to get around.

I would like to personally thank you for all your hard work and attention in making our holiday, a most wonderful experience. Sam and I and our four children enjoyed Bulgaria very much and really didn't want to return to England.

The White Rocks Villa was clean and the rooms spacious and after the first night we felt right at home. The maids were fantastic, always hard working and left the villa in an absolutely pristine condition with different towel designs on the beds! The children had lots to do during the day, however, the entertainment for the children in the evening could be improved.

The food was plentiful but rather off putting as they cater for so many nationalities, but if you put aside the items you wouldn't eat, the food that you chose was well cooked and enjoyable.

We went on the Jeep Safari from Golden Sands which was a fantastic adventurous day out both adults and children enjoyed it.

We will all have fond and lasting memories of Bulgaria. Thanks again, and if we can go away next year we will be in touch.


I felt I must write to congratulate Pride Property Services and you for organising what was a perfect holiday. We had a great time and all of the arrangements worked out perfectly. The apartment was excellent. High standard and the staff we meet were fantastic.

Actually I have to say the stay with you was excellent. Both our boys loved it as both are keen golfers. Thanks for organizing the trips to the new golf course in Kavarna. The club house on the course and pool were great. The view of the 5th green was great as mum read on the veranda and waited for all of us to get round so she could wave! As for pluses there were many. The villa we rented was tremendous, kitchen well equipped, key pickup fine... sure there was building going on, but we still loved the setting. I'm certain however we would come again, especially if we could retain a good price as regulars! Thanks once again!


We have just returned from a wonderful week in Bulgaria with Pride Rentals. We stayed at the Pewter Blue rental Villas.

Just a note to thank you for the service you provided us during our stay in Bulgaria.

The staff were so attentive and really put themselves out for me as I was suffering with a nasty sinus problem. I shall always remember to have aloe vera with me in future as your remedy certainly did the trick. Now back in Belfast, I am already considering my summer plans and am definitely hoping to book with you again.


I am writing to say what a lovely time we have at our holiday villa not far from Golden Sands.

We stayed with you from 13/8/08 - 27/8/08 with our other 4 friends and had a very enjoyable holiday.

The booking process was speedy, our villa was spotlessly clean and quite spacious and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and change of towels etc. I was especially impressed to see one of the cleaners dusting the ceiling fan! The same goes for all communal areas, the pool and patio were spotlessly clean.

Generally, our holiday was better than we had expected, we were all very much impressed with the set up and running of Pride Rentals.

Finally, just to say a big thank you to all your staff for making our stay a very pleasant one, we had a fabulous holiday with you and would definitely recommend you to our friends. So until next time.

Just a brief note to endorse our verbal comments on departure from Varna last month.

The villa (ID 2009) was all you described and more. The pool is stunning and the house was equipped with everything we needed for our holiday.(and yes, there is a hairdryer!)

The little town of Kranevo is close enough to walk to for shopping and eating out, but far away enough to be undisturbed by late night noise.
And there are so many restaurants I think we could have eaten at a different one every day for the fortnight.

Although English is not widely spoken (more so in Albena), we still managed to take the bus into Varna one day without mishap. Supermarket shopping helps, of course, and there are plenty in Kranevo.

We found everyone so friendly and extremely helpful; that goes for the locals and all of you at Pride Rentals.

We are happy to recommend the location and Pride Rentals’ service. The beach is stunning, too, and would be great for families, although our particular fortnight was a grown-up chill-out.

Good luck with the Orphanage Appeal, and thanks for your additional help on our check-out day – we had a very enjoyable meal in Varna and saw a much prettier part of the town, too.

It was the first time that we have been to Bulgaria and we all agreed that it was the best arranged holiday that we’ve been on.

Before the holiday commenced I had to contact you, via email, a couple of times. Your replies were both prompt and accurate. They helped put our minds at rest. The staff at Varna airport were excellent, they were polite and willing to help. The fact that they knew my name and was expecting us was a pleasant surprise and they helped us with our bags. Nothing was too much trouble, and like yourself the staff, were willing to chat to us.

The transfers were excellent in both directions and we felt we were given a much better service than a number of traditional package holiday companies. I am surprised that you don’t advertise the fact that you can be contacted on a British number.

At the villa we were please to see that our request for a food hamper had reached the relevant person – thanks for this.

Can I just say how professional, efficient and friendly Polina was when she made my reservation.

Many people are quick to complain yet not so many to give praise when they get excellent customer service. I would be grateful if you could pass on my comments to the Manager of the office and I will certainly be using Pride Rentals again in the future. Large Family Villa with pool - Obrochiste - Albena (ID 9016) is a home from home. It has everything you could want from a holiday villa and is kitted out to a good standard. The villa is perfect for just relaxing in, or a great base if you want to go off and explore.

The locals were helpful and welcoming, including the lovely neighbours who were mainly visiting their own holiday homes. We had a fab week sitting by the pool in the sunshine (even in May).


We just wanted to say we had the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday week. We felt the villa was like home from home.

We look forward to booking again for next year as soon as 2009 dates become available - Once again many thanks.

The villa itself was well furnished, had all you could want for a comfortable stay. The pool was cleaned by a very friendly chappie who offered welcome advice on places to visit. This was our first visit to Varna and we will definitely be returning. The villa offered us much more than a base from which to explore, it was equipped to a very high standard - and the dishwasher meant no arguments over the washing up!! Pride Property Services gave us excellent service and the villa was exactly as described. It was like a home from home with many of the "extras" you don't normally get in a holiday villa. The booking was easy and Steven was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our holiday and will definitely use Pride Rentals when we return to Bulgaria.


This rental villa is very well positioned in between the two busy areas of Albena and Kranevo. The location is peaceful and quiet with great sunset. Most of all there is often a cool breeze that blows across the swimming pool making sunbathing a delight. The villa is a ten minute walk away from the main resort of Albena and the local, very efficient and cheap bus service, that will take you to any part of the surrounding areas.

The villa was very clean and has excellent air conditioning. In our opinion the air conditioning in the villa is far superior to anything we have experienced in hotels. There is everything you possibly need for your holiday plus some nice extras, such as, decent hairdryer and iron. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, oven, hob etc., and very clean.

We requested a very nice welcome pack which kept us going until the morning, however there was a 24 hour supermarket in Kranevo. The large swimming pool was excellent and regularly serviced by the management team. The outdoor area is nicely lit with low level lighting making the swimming pool available at any time!!

If you do want to buy food and make meals there is a good 24 hour supermarket in Kranevo. Just ask anyone of the Pride team and they will give you directions, or show you on the way to the villa. Try experimenting with some of the Bulgarian food it's very cheap!

We had a superb holiday that lived up to our expectations and were not disappointed with the villa. We are considering coming back next year but, perhaps at a different time of the year. We would be more than willing to recommend both your company and the villa (Property ID 2009).

We found our whole dealings with your company, efficient, professional and friendly. A balance that is hard to achieve and we would most certainly use your company again.

Returned on Saturday from a most enjoyable holiday. Everything worked well. I was very nervous at having booked unseen through the internet (!) but I need not have worried.

I thought your web site and booking process was straightforward and easy to
use and I appreciated receiving all the information in advance.

The villa was comfortable, well laid out and the kitchen very well equipped. It was well located being in a quiet neighbourhood yet only 5mins drive from good restaurants and Albena.

We appreciated all the bedrooms being on the same floor and of a similar size. It worked well for us (Property ID 9005).

The rental villa was nicely situated in a quiet area easily accessible to the nearby tourist areas and a good base. We felt a car was needed as although you could get to the necessary places walking or by bus this would have restricted us and we saw more, ate at different places and shopped more easily with a car.

The Villa itself is a good size and layout.

We loved the house at Villa Langley… (ID 9026). Very nice build.

The house is probably one of the best equipped rental properties that we have ever stayed in, it even gives our DeVere Resort ownership at Loch Lommond (Cameron House) a run for its money, and by no means falls into second place by much.

ABOVE ALL – The house was well above expectations & well appointed, we would have no hesitation in re-booking / recommending the property to anyone. However, like all things, it is the presentation of a product / service that makes the most impression, the property is excellent, but the service we received from yourself and your colleagues at PRIDE RENTALS was truly exceptional. What can I say? Beautiful villa, beautiful country. We were particularly struck by the very friendly and very helpful approach of the Pride Rentals Team.

We had an electrical problem with the villa - no electricity one night and took full advantage of the 24 hour emergency phone number. We will always remember the fast, friendly, couldn't be more helpful response rather than the problem itself.

I thought your company was great! Very good communication throughout the booking process and always prompt to reply to any queries we had.

The apartment itself was wonderful. A lovely location, easy to find, very well presented, modern, clean, well equipped and conveniently situated for everything. Even with two teenagers in tow, we each could still find our own 'space'.
